Acceptance

By using smartapitools.digital or enrolling in Smartapitools training, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or book a session.

About the training

Smartapitools provides educational sessions in technical analysis with an emphasis on trend reversal identification. Training is instructional only. Nothing on this site or in a classroom constitutes personal financial advice, a recommendation to buy or sell any instrument, or an offer of brokerage or managed funds.

Enrolment and fees

Session fees, deposits, and balances are confirmed in writing when a place is offered. Informational prices on the Rates page may change; the written offer controls. Payment methods accepted are stated in that offer.

Intellectual property

Course checklists, annotated chart packs, and written materials remain the property of Smartapitools. You may keep copies for personal study. You may not republish, sell, or teach from those materials as your own programme without written permission.

Liability

Trading involves risk of loss. We take care in preparing sessions, but we are not liable for trading results, missed markets, or decisions you make after training. To the extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, our liability for a session is limited to resupply of the training or a refund of the fee paid for that session.

Site use

Do not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or submit false information through forms. We may refuse enrolment where we reasonably believe a participant cannot engage safely or respectfully with the group.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Courts in that state have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
